Repeat Prescriptions
Please order repeat prescriptions from reception at least 72 hours before you need regular medicines, making allowances for weekends and public holidays. We can often provide these within 48 hours but during busy times this may not be possible.
Repeat medication may be requested by post, in person, email, NHS App, SystmOnline or any other integrated 3rd party App.
We regret that requests for routine prescriptions cannot be accepted by telephone as this keeps the line engaged whilst other callers are trying to contact us.
Prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. Please let us know your preferred pharmacy when you first use the service or if circumstances change.
